Organic SEO process following by me.

• Validate the website HTML and coding errors
• Analyzing the webpage size, loading time, number of images, etc
• Webpage speed report
• Understanding the core business and scope of the website
• Finding the competitors of this websites, and do research about their success
• Finding the important keywords, and related keywords which mostly used to search by the users in the major search engines
• Code and image optimization
• Creating search engine friendly Meta Tags (Title, description, Keywords, robots, revisit etc...)
• Modifying the web page content, to keyword rich and unique
• Creating .xml site map, and make easy to search engine bots easily enter the website and allow to go through all inner pages, and to index
• Creating Robots.txt file
• Submitting the website to major web directories including DMOZ, YAHOO in the particular category
• Submitting the website to all major search engines, if not already submitted or new website
• Focusing on sourcing links from related websites, by one way links and reciprocal links
• Finding related websites, and writing emails regarding request for linking with our website
• Writing articles and posting in number of article websites, in the signature part, there will be a place for author, in that we can place our website’s hyper link
• Participating in forums and blogs, will gives us good traffic and also one way links towards our website
• Each inbound and outbound links benefits our website
• Checking the position every week end, and watch closely the progress, and do immediate actions
• Linking with High PR web pages, and more links from websites will increase our Page rank
• We do not link to unrelated websites, and also with adult, gamming etc

• We do not try BLACK HAT SEO method, which gives results immediately, but search engines will punish later, or ban our website from their listing
• Applying Magic in Meta tags will work easy
• Create a page for our link building partners / reciprocal links
• Optimizing the meta tags, content and increasing the relevant links will increase the position of any website in all major search engines
